I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering booking an appointment. My experience was incredibly frustrating, and I immediately felt compelled to contact customer service because the process felt designed to trick customers into overspending. To sum up my feelings, I concluded: Not a great experience. Only 2 colour hats in the better quality (not straw hats) both in cream/brown. Black starts at $495. After booking online and not knowing this, you feel trapped into buying something. They are not even stamped with the XXX- just "told" 7X. Our rep had No real direction as to what to pick, whenever we asked for help, we were told, pick what you like- no guidance as to how to decide.
