I wanted to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning. While the physical store reviews are full of enthusiasm, ordering remotely was an absolute nightmare. My initial purchase process felt incomplete, resulting in a

delivery status that never updated weeks after the purchase. I haven't even received the product to rate it—I feel compelled to leave a review and contact customer service immediately because, frankly, receiving a hat that doesn't even exist is the worst possible conclusion. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
