My experience shopping with this online store has been an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share this as a cautionary tale. Like many other non-NYC residents who shop here, my worst fears came true. I had placed a large, multiple-item order, but when the package finally arrived, I was shocked. My direct feeling and conclusion, which sadly echoes what I read in other reviews, is that people who don’t live in New York are clearly not getting their orders correctly, or in my case, I was "only receiving one item" when I paid for three.
