The staff have absolutely no knowledge of hats at all. The few custom hats that they had were such low quality it was embarrassing!!!
After spending significant time and energy traveling, only to be met with such poor quality and completely unhelpful service, I knew I had to contact customer service immediately to voice my frustration and seek some form of explanation.
