The persistent effort to steer me toward purchasing unrelated jewelry, essentially suggesting I "play the game," was completely unacceptable. This lack of transparency and the sense of being misled prompted me to write this review and reach out to customer service in hopes of having an honest conversation. Customer: I'm extremely frustrated. I don't believe you were straightforward about securing the watch I wanted. It seemed like I needed to purchase jewelry just to be taken seriously.
